This blog post reports from the journey of a group of 12 organizations in Switzerland to explore the topic of systems change. What (systematic) changes in funding, learning and collaboration are required to support systems change? The authors list five dimensions that are essential to consider when willing to support systems change: (1) Change of mindset; (2) Trust; (3) New impact measurement and learning frameworks; (4) Eye-to-eye collaboration; and (5) Time – long-term horizon (no quick fixes).
